want to know why they are in bad rating in FPA? Because they are not honest and do not care about their contest demo.

If you've had your participation in the contest and if you are a winner but not recognized or disqualification. and when you make a complaint, and they responded, it was still good.

but what if you are nominated as the winner, and suddenly you do not get a prize as your rights?
and how if it had made a complaint many times and there was never any response?

that's what happened to me. it happened in, Top10Forex (demo) period from 11/28/2016 till 12/02/2016 (My nickname in the contest is Warehouse). clear at the time, the instruction states, "winners will be announced 2 working days after the contest ends." but then I need almost one week to wait for the results. when I get the announcement of the winner, it was clear to me, I was in the first place.

When I send data about my participation via email to [email protected], I did not receive an answer.
when I made a complaint and asked whether I was disqualified, by email to [email protected], I did not get a response.

so, I think what I have experienced already quite clear, why this broker have a bad rating in FPA.

I still wonder why this broker have a bad rating in FPA. I have won a few times in their contest and got paid. Although the most recent payment was made after more than one week delay and when I email them. I still got paid. I have been using them for years hoping that they will scam me and give an excuse to leave but it's not forth coming. They have been honest

- Violation or non-observance of the contest rules;
- Violation or non-observance of the Public Offer Agreement and Agreement on Quoting System and Transactions Procedure;
- Registration of several contest accounts by the same physical person or the presence of several client profiles belonging to the same physical person;
- Opening counter transactions of big amounts on the same currency pairs on different accounts and at the same time approximately;
- Use of quotes flow failures to make guaranteed profits;
- Presence of contest transactions, including lock trades, whose duration is less than 2 minutes;
- Ascertainment or suspicion that a Participant has committed any kind of fraudulent action for being listed among the winners.

And another very strange point is:
I already had several live accounts here, and deposited more then 400 USD via credit cards before.
So this company obviously easy to deposit money but i have to worry it may hard to withdraw.
