This EU condition is just to prevent invasion from China,Indonesia ,Pakistan etc clients ..any realible country without EU are welcomed. Try with diferent chat operators...some of them are sticked with EU only rule, some other have wider perspective.

November 1, 2013I received the bonus of 40 euro and I also didn't live in English speaken Country. At first, they didn't accept my bank statement because it is in small format. They asked a full copy of recent utility bill and copy of ID (front and back). Language doesn't matter! It took some emails before getting verified, but after all I received bonus a couple hours later.

October 31, 2013They would not create an account for me because I cannot provide them with a utility bill or bank statement in ENGLISH! So how does one provide such in English when he is not from an English speaking EU country??? I have to take it to a registered attorney, pay to be translated and legalized and then present it? Ridiculous for a bonus account. Bonus account should be reachable very easy so a person can test how do the Brokers system work. And this is the only broker who does not accept credit card statement. So if you are not from English speaking EU country, that is only the UK, don't bother.
