Am not able to log into the trader cabinet, given all the informations correctly but still not able to access traders cabinet, contacted live support and also emailed several times, no response at all. Its sick.
I get the following error message when i try to log into traders cabinet
1 error prohibited this trader password from being saved
There were problems with the following fields:
Some of provided values (email address, account number, date of birth for an individual account) are incorrect. Please check and fix an errors.

Point calculation
Every forex pair and instrument has an assigned bonus point value to it. For
the list of instruments and values go to https://forex-metal.com/securities/bonustable
You will be able to check how many bonus points you have got inside your
Trader's Cabinet. There is a button called "Check Bonus Status" for that.
e.g. if you trade 1 EURUSD lot then you will get 2 points
if you trade 0.01 lot of the same pair then you will receive 0.02 point for
that order
