Any company has the right to choose how to run their business. They’re honest about the terms and conditions and if you don’t read them then that’s your problem! I’ve got my 100Usd and think its pretty generous tbh! And for someone submitting an out of date passport what do you expect lol! They are regulated for a reason!

I was SHOCKED when they replied my that there are sorry, they can`t open an account for me after filling my account details and verification documents to them. They did not give reason.

i sent my id card and utility bill and signed form my id is attested from notary public too.after all when they told me that i have sent all my requir documents they were silent for 2 days than send me one more email that we need bans statment and passport copy.what a joke from ICM

XT Trader, I know who you are and it is not fair about what you mentioned about ICM Capital. Ofcourse you dont trust FSA because you are working in an unregulated company for the past 20 years and I decided to shift my clients from you to them. the jealously is killing you. I would dare you to mention your account number since you said you are trading with them!
It is really sad when everyone is trading happily and a some of the sales people from other companies just freely say anything they want

I had a problem with opening an account. When i sent them my ID card, they said it needs to be authorized by a lawyer or a solicitor. I asked them why. And they said FSA compliance reasons. However, my friend opened an account with a copy of an ID. I then sent them an email and they said, because you are from a high risk country, and the other person a low risk country?!!!Shouldnt they be consistent with everyone since all countries are high risk these days? Anyways at least their trading desk is very consistent; i have not faced any delay or change in execution speed. re-quotes at anytime of the day.
I would add this broker to my list!
I think it is important that people understand when choosing a broker it should be regulated by some central bank or a regulatory body. This industry is a mess in and of itself. The FSA is the most reputable one in my opinion. At least if they mess up you can go somewhere! XL Trader: i would like to know if you dont believe in FSA then what brokers should we work with? Unregulated ones such as Deleware?
