Finally I got the password and things are ok now. The online support was very helpful.
I haven't withdrawn yet but I was told I can once my balance exceeds 200 $.
The platform lags a few seconds but the best thing is that there is no requote and you can execute and modify orders even when the price is so near.

Hello, i'm sorry but I think its not good broker, and i'm kinda don't trust, when you try register or log-in the web site is not secure ! no security at all.
Its looks like home running web server and some one making money :)
I'm stay away from what broker and don't upload any personal information-documents !
