- Job description: Maintain, support, troubleshoot and monitor MT4/MT5 Trading Servers and related platforms. Perform on-going maintenance and upgrade of the company’s Trading infrastructure. Be responsible for troubleshooting Trading IT issues. Cooperate with the 3rd party service providers to maintain/troubleshoot issues. Resolve client queries and provide support when needed. Assist in Risk management Procedures and Policies. Liaise with external associates for problem solving. Review client accounts and comment on Trading Activity. Keep up to date with financial markets.
