- Job description: Provide 1st line support regarding trading platforms' functionalities, platforms setup, connectivity and troubleshooting. Ensure users' queries and problems are followed up and resolved. Conducts test on applications/trading platforms/back office systems with users and liaise with vendors on technical and infrastructure issues. Ensure IT deliverables have proper quality control and end user satisfaction. Performs analysis and compare with competitor's platforms and suggest improvements and enhancements. Work with Sales Department to collate and communicate their requirements into visible project plans. Run the project within specified quality, time and cost constraints.
