- Job description: Analyze and report on Market Abuse referrals received from the Spectrum Operations Department and found through compliance monitoring. Analyze and report on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing suspicious transaction alerts. Perform compliance monitoring, evaluate findings and follow up change recommendations. Assist business operations by responding to day to day queries and assisting in the development and implementation of necessary business changes. Prepare responses to regulatory requests. Assist in the annual review program of Spectrum compliance policies, procedures and the enhancement of compliance systems, prepare reports for review by senior managers.
