- Job description: Manage U.S. broker dealer operations. Liaise with execution and settlement counterparts. Be responsible of the daily trade matching and settlements. Ensure trade reporting obligations are current and proper. Comply with escalate management for trade errors, trade limits and data retention for trade related data. Maintain a good relationship with the settlement firm. Prepare and initiate application processes. Ensure roll-out of system updates/enhancements are tested and function. Drive automation of operations and compliance. Perform ongoing trade monitoring and surveillance. Be responsible for annual 4311 review with settlement firm. Review of firms written supervisory procedures with compliance. Manage and communicate with regulators and auditors. Assist to respond to regulatory inquiries regarding trade and trade reporting.
