- Job description: Supervise and manage the Account Opening Team. Process applications for the opening of new clients’ accounts. Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and updated. Respond to any emails received from clients regarding queries on account opening processes. Follow the company’s KYC procedure for all potential and existing clients. Conduct on-going monitoring for high risk clients. Ensure compliance with AML procedures. Assist internally all departments with issues related to account opening procedure.
