- Job description: Lead the team that provides Exchange Services development for the CFTC regulated NADEX exchange & IGFX. Collaborate with the stakeholders to prepare work for the team so that it is ready for development. Reserve time to ensure adequate development time is provided to the team to work on necessary technical maintenance jobs. Drive forward the established agile development and QA processes. Assist in escalated production support calls. Ensures that proposed work is adequately understood and specified before being accepted for estimation and development.
