- Job description: Act as product owner and SME in leading cross-functional team to launch new lending solutions and continue to manage and ensure sound business practices are applied and adhered. Ideate, design, develop, implement and manage the expansion of secured and unsecured lending solutions and ancillary solutions and features over time. Represent Questrade’s customers and prospects and develop/deliver an integrated customer experience. Analyze and understand customer and industry data to develop leads for acquisition, growth and retention strategies. Be responsible of revenue optimization and risk management. Perform on-going external competitive analysis and market segment analysis.
