- Job description: Draft and/or improve agreements, contracts and other legal documents. Consult and handle all corporate legal processes. Develop policies and position on legal issues. Review and provide legal advice on contracts. Represent IronFX in legal proceedings. Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks. Review new regulations, applicable, and advice how these affect the company’s operations. Implement internal regulations and procedures. Monitor and report on employees’ adherence on the company’s policies and procedures. Advise on labor law and any other legal and regulatory matters.
