- Job description: Liaise with sales team to ensure on-boarding process is smooth. Enter details of new accounts into CRM system, trading, and back office system. Provide information to clients regarding documents and materials. Review documentation of new and existing accounts as well as partnerships ensuring they comply with risk-based customer due diligence requirements. Update and maintain client’s information. Establish and set up trade conditions. Contact potential clients to get documentation. Assist to develop, maintain and improve CRM. Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts.
