  • Job description: Review and ensure dividends payments, reinvestments and shares are properly processed. Ensure Dividends department is notified on stock dividend, spinoff, and return on capital events. Review and provide tax information. Research and investigate outstanding items. Communicate with depositories, transfer agents and the companies on distribution and allocation information. Provide re-org event information for Risk Department and Trade Desk, provide proxy related information as requested by CSS. Process physical certificate for plan of arrangement and re-org as well as FX requests. Act as point of contact for mandatory and voluntary claims on share following short position. Respond to inquiries for investigations and resolutions.
