- Job description: Provide and perform a general compliance support function. Compliance monitoring oversight and responsibility. Ensure the smooth operation of the day to day compliance operation through the development of compliance systems and controls. Support the Head of IG Europe Italy and the local business. Support external and internal audit processes. Support in dealing with inquiries from the local regulators and provide reports. Provide compliance oversight in handling of complaints. Stay abreast of, research and advise on relevant regulatory matters. Provide appropriate assistance in respect of external regulatory investigations. Maintain awareness of, to report on and to assist in the management of compliance risk. Provide relevant ad hoc and formal information to the IG Europe Head of Compliance. Provide compliance assistance.
