  • Job description: Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of operations. Plan, implement and improve business processes and integrated systems. Design, manage and launch new features to increase operational efficiency and user experience. Manage all product milestones. Ensure that all people across the company know where the product is, and where it is going. Work with other departments to identify new product needs, to build new features, to make changes and improvements. Create required deliverables for all project lifecycle phases. Track and measure user engagement and analyze results. Seek out, track and remove barriers to complete projects. Drive people and projects.
