Job description: Own and manage Technology training budget. Identify, validate and prioritize current and future training needs in Technology. Design content to achieve a repeatable and scalable delivery of training and organizing/delivering learning events. Reuse solutions from the management development strategy and program. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI. Liaise with internal subject matter experts. Design and deliver learning solutions for internal audience. Update and maintain capability frameworks and career pathways. Oversee the successful roll-out of Group wide learning & development initiatives within Technology.
