  • Job description: Ensure compliance with FCA regulations. Report to the effectiveness of compliance procedures, the provision and analysis of appropriate management Information, and regulatory updates. Provide regulatory advice on new products/services. Communicate with the FCA. Ensure the Company has appropriate Policies and Procedures in line with regulatory requirements. Monitor the FCA reporting schedule for all activities of the Company. Perform and oversee a risk-based compliance plan and monitor the Company’s operations, in line with regulatory guidelines and in conjunction with business and compliance departments in other parts of the eToro group. Monitor the complaints handling process; review and report on root cause analysis. Oversight financial promotions, portfolio management services. Be responsible for customer due diligence and AML controls. Be responsible for the review of all Suspicious Activity Reports. Act as the Company’s Data Protection Officer.
