  • Job description: Develop and lead sales and mortgage advisory programs that generate successful mortgage applications on a national platform. Develop and lead programs to support mortgage advisors and underwriters. Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement lead nurturing programs. Collaborate with the credit adjudication teams to calibrate lending opportunities. Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the company’s residential underwriting policies and procedures. Develop and oversee negotiation programs of the mortgage advisor teams. Monitor financial services, competition, market conditions, industry and external environments for changing trends and activities that might impact the business. Create Executive dashboard reporting on the status and quality of the business.
