- Job description: Assist to formulate the company’s ETD business development strategy. Activate and retain Retail and Institutional Clients, IBs, Money Managers. Be responsible to deliver satisfactory customer experience for ETD Clients. Ensure that all Leads are contacted, and best efforts are made to convert these Leads into Active Clients. Lead, supervise and train all ETD Sales & Business Development personnel. Act as the high-level go to person for Country Managers, Customer Support and Sales with regards to inquiries about ETD products and trading platform. Provide strategic recommendations to ETD Product and Ops team. Establish goals and KPI system. Represent the company in key ETD exhibitions and trade fairs.
