Engaged with the Tech community and network of talent for short term hiring need and a pipeline for longer term company growth. Research talent pools and source hard-to-find skills. Stay updated on market hiring trends and technologies. Create documentation on screening guidelines, interview questions and candidate assessments metrics. Maintain track and/or report technical talent acquisition activities. Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates. Full-cycle recruitment for technical roles. Work with the People & Culture function on various projects.
