- Job description: Take inbound calls, execute trade orders quickly and efficiently. Execute orders on behalf of clients or the firm. Resolve client trade concerns. Evaluate risk reviews on trading platforms and assist with Institutional and VIP clients. Follow through Buy-Ins daily and manage the Lending inbox. Be responsible for receiving and executing retail FX transactions. Help to maintain the Mutual Fund List and all Mutual Fund processes updated. Price fixed income and corporate FX products and trades. Assist in internal audits. Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance. Prepare incident details.
