- Job description: General trade desk support. Monitor trading activity for all capital markets portfolios. Participate in pre- and post- trading operational duties. Work with front office to maintain spreadsheets. Liaise with brokers, clearers, operations and back office team to solve different issues. Interact with customers to handle enquiries, take orders and book trades. Seek new customers. Manage, control, prepare and escalate risk. Execute trades and provide advice to clients. Performing risk management. Participate at industry events and conferences. Attend and present at regular sales meetings. Monitor transactions. Be involved in UAT testing.
