- Job description: Design an Identity & Access Management control environment built on SailPoint Identity IQ and integrate key identity lifecycle processes. Provide technical leadership for a restructured IAM within the financial services sector. Help shape, refine and continue to deliver the established IAM strategy. Promote the presenting the strategy to senior management and executive level. Manage and continue to improve the privileged access control environment across the IT systems. Ensure the IAM function responds to the priorities of the business to effectively manage risk. Review and refine existing KPIs for the IAM function and ensure these meet the requirements of the business.
