- Job description: Develop a management framework for initiating, managing and measuring cross departmental and critical projects. Establish and integrate PMO measures, KPIs, and targets to drive performance. Manage a portfolio of important initiatives. Establish and manage an ongoing governance structure for the projects and create priority alignment. Establish the proper methodology for eToro to monitor high-importance projects with focus on predictability and early alerting of issues. Drive a culture of urgency and on-time, on-budget project delivery. Partner with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes. Help identify and resolve dependencies between different groups, resources and priorities.
