- Job description: Be responsible for the Customer Experience touchpoints and brand execution for Forex.com to meet global and regional requirements. Ensure that website and mobile experiences, design, creative and content meets target audience needs for both new and returning clients. Work with regional marketing leaders, client acquisition, CVM and Insight & Analytics to ensure the delivery against regional KPIs for engagement and acquisition. Ensure that material created for the brand meets guidelines and that all output meets regional compliance requirements.
