- Job description: Respond to general compliance enquiries. Assist on the preparation of required periodic reports. Serve as an effective point of contact between the different business units and support areas for the implementation of compliance initiatives and changes. Track regulatory changes and ensure they are implemented. Perform on-site inspections and desk-based reviews, recommend appropriate action and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor the AML/ CTF practices, measures and controls applied by the Company. Assist with the development and maintenance of appropriate compliance. Prepare the required notifications, reports to the regulatory authorities. Developing compliance training materials. Assist on the Drafting of agreements – legal documentation.
