- Job description: Contact new Affiliates, introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Affiliate. Manage the retention of affiliates. Conduct an induction to new clients regarding their affiliate panel and how to utilize the systems. Provide information to Affiliates about duties and responsibilities, the Affiliate Policy and Marketing Policy. Inform Affiliates of the commission structure. Communicate to Affiliates the various promotions, products and marketing campaigns. Validate Affiliate accounts. Use online software applications to be in contact with Affiliates who might be facing problems. Arrange meetings with clients, either face to face or remote, to drive business development.
