Job description: Supervise, prioritize and organize the back-office team’s daily work. Oversee the daily execution of tasks related to client deposits, account maintenance and closures. Create and update the procedures for the department. Measure and improve operational processes. Manage a good communication with other internal departments. Provide regular progress and manage reporting, including KPI and SLA reports. Expected to take initiative, delegate effectively, and communicate clearly, to job drive the department goals.
