- Job description: Lead the designing studio in Asia (designers + developers). Be responsible for the growth and maintenance of a high functioning team. Partner with branding and digital teams in strategic planning. Develop and manage external vendors and design agencies efficiently. Develop strategies for short-term and long-term design initiatives. Lead the development of Asia local visual systems and Participate in developing brand guidelines. Do hands-on design when necessary. Enhance the integration with HQ designing studio with regular communication. Work well in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
