- Job description: Develop and execute on-line and off-line L&D framework. Create and manage on-line training programs. Promote different styles of training techniques, preferably on-line. Identify areas for people development and deliver programs. Work with management to understand units and training requirements to address them. Provide managers with the tools to develop their team members through skills evaluations and career progression. Work with HR team members to address their development needs and educate them in L&D and on-line learning.
