Overview the operations, policies and procedures for the Back-Office Department. Provide an analysis on constant basis. Lead the Team leading. Supervise and manage the Back-Office teams in all offices. Facilitate smooth communication flow. Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time. Prepare reports and presentations. Perform analysis on constant basis. Back office multitasks. Monitor & approve correct workflow. Reconcile all PSPs.
