  • Job description: Plan and assign shifts for the team, follow up outstanding tickets. Provide onsite Business support to Core trading teams. Create, monitor Incident/Problem tickets, and assign them relevant to 3rd level support groups. Facilitate and support Incident/Problem Management Process. Drive efficiency and support excellence within team and across the organization. Participate in planning and executing Disaster Recovery. Understand the plans and procedures in place for the team and the Bank for tech disaster scenarios. Document knowledge and ensure that the documentation is available for other team members.
