Assist in compliance. Execute risk-based compliance monitoring program. Monitor the complaints handling process and review and report on root cause analysis. Compliance oversight of financial promotions. Assist with customer due diligence and AML tasks. Investigate suspicious activities and suspicious transactions and orders. Carry out assessments. Assist in the administration of the Senior Managers and Certification Function Regime. Assist in the documentation of internal controls, policies and procedures, and in in the preparation and submission of reports to the FCA.
