- Job description: Be responsible of the compliance support, acting as the first line of defense. Advice the Account Opening team in the account opening process and in the clients' review. Monitor daily and high-risk transactions as well as compliance controls. Prepare compliance training. Draft and review internal policies and procedures. Prepare and follow up internal and externals audits. Review and analyze the clients’ complaints. Act as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Assist in the monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting. Provide legal day-to-day support. Review and draft of all legal agreements. Manage the Bank Commercial Register and the Bank signature list. Ensure the application of the Policy governance policy.
