- Job description: Lead meetings to identify customer journeys and determine SLOs for different applications/projects. Identify ways to measure SLOs and monitor them. Identify risks in achieving the SLOs and come up with action plans. Manage production incidents. Direct teams of developers and support engineers on sizing and identifying value. Set up processes that will reduce time to resolution of incidents or mitigate the risk of incidents, guide teams to automate them. Create awareness of SRE practices within the organization. Work closely with the pipeline automation and infrastructure teams. Assist to and mentor junior members of the support team.
