- Job description: Draft and improve agreements, contracts and other legal documents. Consul and handling all corporate legal processes. Develop Company policy and position on legal issues. Review and provide legal advice on contracts signed by the company. Represent Company in legal proceedings. Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks. Review new regulations, applicable, and advice how these affect the company’s operations. Implement Internal Regulations and procedures of the Company. Monitor and report on employees’ adherence on the company’s policies and procedures. Advise on employment labor law and other legal matters. Provide guidance and training to staff and management on regulatory matters.
