- Job description: Be responsible for the harmonization and co-ordination of ICAAPs, ILAAs and Recovery plans across several regulated entities as well as the Group. Ensure standardization and best practices are embedded across all risk areas, including risk identification, capital limits, risk quantification, stress testing and scenario analysis, risk aggregation and capital adequacy. Manage appropriate challenge and governance processes surrounding the documents. Prepare and review board papers for the various stages of the ICAAP and Recovery Plan production process.
