- Job description: Review, revise and update existing company policies. Write new policies based on regulatory requirements. Execute plans spanning multiple teams and integration points. Set compliance monitoring programs to implement applicable policies, oversee implementation and respond to policy violations and escalation processes. Develop and maintain applicable process documentation. Evaluate and improve the efficiency of current team structures and processes, implement new systems and processes when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance policies and procedures. Ensure employees are educated on the latest policies and processes.
