- Job description: Prepare the Compliance Program, execute associated activities. Review policies and procedures ensuring compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements. Ensure Compliance risks are identified and addressed. Advise business on all aspects of compliance with laws, rules and regulations. Approve firm marketing and advertising material. Oversight and manage customer complaint handling. Provide advice and guidance on all AML associated matters. Be the point of contact for all compliance, funding, AML, and Account Opening issues. Own comprehensive compliance monitoring/ testing program. Manage all employee regulated online e-training and face-to-face compliance related training. Oversight all security related issues. Manage regulatory transaction reporting. Present monthly Compliance reports to the Management Committee, and Corporate Secretary for the firm.
