  • Job description: Assess and monitor the constant compliance of the company with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions. Ensure the company continues to remain in compliance with CySEC regulations. Provide assistance to the Head of Compliance. Work with all departments to ensure continued compliance. Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and guidelines. Assist with updating company procedures and polices where necessary to ensure continued compliance. Review, approve, and monitor marketing communication for compliance with regulations. Produce and submit compliance reports to CySEC. Review & Control of Marketing materials and publications.
