  • Job description: Analyze of incoming regulations and support implementation. Administering a new regulated entity application process, regulatory research, regulatory notifications. Support the Compliance function in the evaluation and implementation of relevant Compliance policies, procedures and processes. Draft written policies and procedures. Conduct gap analysis of policies and procedures and assist with the remediation of noted deficiencies. Handle external requests for information from regulatory bodies/external stakeholders. Assist in projects that have regulatory implications and cover Compliance questions by project stakeholders.
