- Job description: Review and approve marketing material; make suggestions to be compliant with the regulation. Provide support in the development of adequate policies and procedures to meet the compliance requirements of CySEC. Support in the design of the Internal practices, processes, procedures, and controls relevant to the prevention of Money Laundering. Tracking regulatory changes and ensure that needed changes are implemented. Support with internal compliance audits. Prepare and submit information/reports to the Head of the Department. Respond to Compliance inquiries. Comply with KYC requirements and keep records updated.
