- Job description: Take inbound calls, execute trade orders quickly and efficiently. Execute orders on behalf of clients for Equities, Precious Metals, Bonds, Options, Mutual Funds and GICs. Resolve client trade concerns. Help approve broker reviews on trading platforms and assist with Institutional and VIP clients. Follow through REG SHO Buy-Ins daily and maintain the Lending inbox and spreadsheet. Be responsible for receiving and executing retail FX transactions. Help to maintain the Mutual Fund List and all Mutual Fund processes up to date. Liaise with order routes and exchanges to investigate and resolve trade related issues.
