- Job description: Take MogoTrade member’s buy/ sell orders, made through the app, for stocks, ETFs and other investment products, and write trade tickets. Verify sufficient information has been provided to process a trade. Ensure member orders are tagged correctly and executed as per instructions. Provide customer service to members. Confirm member identity to ensure instructions can be executed. Process member instructions regarding voluntary re-orgs. Input member instructions regarding changes in registered account beneficiaries. Complete internal account transfers and transfers in/out of securities from/to external institutions. Check and investigate buy/ sell orders and report back to members. Ensure proper settlement and delivery, escalating any discrepancies as required. Maintain accurate daily records of trades. Act as a brand ambassador for Mogo, regularly using the suite of products, sharing the brand with friends and family, and providing feedback to the team for improvements.
