- Job description: Execute compliance and AML controls, monitoring and surveillance for Singapore. Ensure submission of suspicious transaction reports to CAD within the requisite deadline. Advise on compliance related issues related to licensing, AML, KYC, product development etc. Assist with regulatory and official enquiries. Undertake reviews to ensure robust adherence to compliance requirements. Participate in internal, external and regulatory audits. Keep relevance Compliance procedures Manuals/procedures up to date. Analyze new rules and regulations. Participate in APAC projects and provide compliance related inputs where relevant.
