- Job description: Processes entries and updates requested by clients, various regulatory groups and interdepartmental requests. Plan and monitor the daily activities within the departments while ensuring minimum service levels are consistently achieved. Work collaboratively within the supervisory & management group to coordinate the activities of the Clearing Operations and Client Operations teams to successfully meet the business needs. Monitor service quality where required to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, and collect, interpret and report on metrics. Lead and ensure projects are completed on time and accurately, escalate issues and solutions where and when appropriate. Oversee and monitor aspects of clearing operations relating operational control reconciliations, mutual funds, GIC’s and Physical securities. Be the subject-matter expert in these areas of Operations. Manage financial and operational risk.
