- Job description: Assist with the daily and monthly accounting processes for the broker-dealer operations of Marex North America. Prepare and oversee all necessary daily, monthly (FOCUS), quarterly, and annual regulatory financial filings with our primary SRO’s, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting . Maintain daily reserve (15c3-3) and capital requirements (15c3-1). Assist with the month end close, periodic regulatory audits and inquiries, and the annual audit process. Liaise with international colleagues to assist the management of the growing enterprise.
