- Job description: Answer queries from client base on all of our products and platforms. Provide an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support). Investigate and resolve trade disputes. Provide clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages. Convey any regulatory changes within IG to clients in a timely manner. Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks. Provide information and any required actions relating to any ongoing corporate actions on clients’ accounts. Project management with relevant stakeholders in areas including marketing, compliance, product, dealing desk, etc.
